Notice to Customers: Important Update on Children's Water Bottles

We are reaching out to all customers who have purchased our children’s water bottles between now and May 2024.

 

It has come to our attention that there is an issue with the stopper in the lid of the bottle, which may affect the suction on the straw. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

 

If you have purchased one of these water bottles, we kindly ask that you contact us so we can arrange to provide you with a replacement stopper for the lid.
